Guest Information & Policies
Maximum 14 persons allowed
on property including guests and visitors.
Reservations and Advance Deposits:
A minimum advance deposit payment of 50% of
the total rental rate is required
to secure your reservation. Your
reservation will be held 5 days pending receipt
of your advance deposit payment. Advance deposit
payments may be made by personal check, Paypal,
or credit card. Confirmation of your reservation
will be sent upon receipt of your deposit.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: If you decide to cancel before 200 days prior to the check-in date, all deposits and payments will be refunded minus a $200.00 cancellation fee. Should you cancel before 100 days of your scheduled check-in date, all deposits and payments will be refunded minus a $350 cancellation fee. Should you cancel before 21 days of your scheduled check-in date, all deposits and payments will be refunded minus a $500 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations within 21 days of check-in date.
Damage/Security Deposit: A $400
security deposit shall be taken as a pre-authorization
on your Visa or MasterCard at the time of
check-in. This deposit will be used for any
additional charges such as damages to property,
lost keys, missing items, extra cleaning,
and late checkouts. Late checkouts are charged
at $60.00 per hour as our cleaning staff is
standing by. Guests shall be responsible for
any costs over and above the damage deposit
collected.
Check In/Payment: Your advance deposit
will guarantee your reservation. Full payment
for entire period reserved is due 14 days
in advance. No refunds for late arrivals or
early departures. We accept checks, cash,
or credit card (additional fees may apply).
Parking & Dock Space: Four parking
spaces and one dock space are provided free
with cottage. Boat trailers can be parked on the lawn. Buses, tents, motor homes,
camping trailers, or large trucks are not
allowed on Honeymoon Bay Cottage property unless prior approval.
Sorry - No Smoking in cottage
Bring your own soap, shampoo, etc..
